  • Across India: Up to 15 business days depending on deliverability and operational factors

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹320
  • Orders below ₹320 may incur a standard shipping fee calculated during checkout

Packaging & Delivery Guidelines

At Hezfun, we prioritize secure and quality packaging to ensure products reach customers in excellent condition.

Please do not accept the package if:

  • The outer seal is broken
  • The package appears tampered with
  • The product packaging is visibly damaged

Returns & Replacements

As HEZFUN products are consumable food items, we do not offer general returns once products have been delivered and accepted.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged before reaching the customer or arrives in an unusable condition due to transit-related issues.

Eligible cases include:

  • Broken, unsealed, or tampered product before delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Minor external packaging wear caused during shipping

Return Request Window

Customers must raise any return or replacement request within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or processing.

To process a replacement or refund request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photos of the package/product
  • Images showing the issue or damage
  • Unboxing video (recommended for verification)

Refund Policy

As HEZFUN products are consumable food items, we do not offer refunds once products have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Refunds are eligible only if the product is damaged before reaching the customer or arrives in an unusable condition due to transit-related issues.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase after verification by the Hezfun support team.
